Big snow came in earlier than foretasted with a lot more on the way. The storm wasn’t supposed to start accumulating until around 9am this morning but several inches are already on the ground! The long term forecast is calling for the possibility of a few feet of snow by this time next week!
Looks like park staff has much to do digging out features so today at least go ride some POW POW!

An awesome rail jam went down last night in the Lower Core Park. The sweet set-up consisted of a mean d-f-d rail, Staircase with down rail and down box, and a mellow flat-down rail.
The field of 30 tore through the venue nailing tricks all evening. Congratulation to everyone who was out there throwing down.

Lower Core has been completely rebuilt and there is still more to come in the future.
New lineup :
In other news, we will have the parts for the Zuagg snowcat today and it is scheduled to be cut again later this afternoon. There will be no night pipe tonight on account of the above freezing temps and the amount of work that needs to be done to make up for the zuagg down time. But rest assured that there will be a perfect fresh cut pipe for Sat! Sunday is the first USASA pipe of the season.
